At outdoor sports events, it's common to find adjacent support lounges. However, since these events often change locations and it's impractical to construct new dedicated buildings each time, modular container shops have become a popular choice due to their convenience and stability, readily deployable on-site.

To cater to local sports competitions, Canadian customers collaborated with PTH to customize a series of non-standard sized container houses. These containers serve as lounges for athletes and temporary offices.

The first floor functions as the office space, with a wall facing the stadium replaced by floor-to-ceiling glass windows, offering staff better visibility of the events.

The second floor is designed as an athlete's lounge, with a single piece of EPS sandwich panel used for the box wall to ensure privacy.

In the 2022 Qatar World Cup, PTH had the distinct honor of being named the official partner of FIFA. Our role involved providing FIFA with 5,200 container houses to serve as the fan village camp.

Each of these container houses boasts impressive features, including refrigerator-level insulation, the ability to withstand a 7-level earthquake, resist 3-level hurricanes, support a snow load of 1000N/m⊃2;, and endure wind speeds of up to 150km/h.

The project in question is a camp project located within the Qatar World Cup Fan Village. Given the urgency of the customer's requirements, our engagement began in March. Following the quotation and design phases, we commenced production in April. Our efforts resulted in the construction of a total of 5,200 container houses, which encompassed hotels, restaurants, small supermarkets, offices, and various supporting facilities. By August, all container houses were successfully loaded and shipped to Qatar, with the project reaching completion in September.
