Container Laboratory Overview:

6 6000*2438mm welding box splicing + middle light steel aisle. The standard container size is 6000x2438mm, the height is 3291mm, and the indoor clear height is 3020mm. Use 100mm rock wool sandwich panel for exterior wall maintenance, and use 50mm rock wool sandwich panel for inner wall, 60mm PU Maintenance of foam box top.

Application environment and load:

Wind load: 90km/h Snow load 0.5kN/m 2 Box bottom live load 2.50kN/㎡.

Material parameters:

1. Box frame: All sections are made of Q355 low-alloy carbon structural steel, and all sections of the frame are made of hot-dip galvanized 100g/㎡, and the whole is sprayed with powder and baked paint after welding.

2. Box roof: 60mm PU foam roof, PU density 45kg/m³, color steel plate upper panel thickness 0.45mm, color white gray (RAL9003), lower panel thickness 0.40mm, color milky white matt (RAL9003), galvanized AZ50g/㎡+PE paint 15/5um.

3. Outer wall panel: 100mm rock wool sandwich panel outer wall, rock wool density 120kg/m³, color steel plate panel thickness 0.40mm, outer panel is white gray (RAL9003) with ribs, inner panel is milky white matte (RAL9003), wallboard double-sided film, color steel plate surface galvanized AZ50g/m2+PE paint 15/5um.

4. Inner wall panel: 50mm rock wool sandwich panel outer wall, rock wool density 120kg/m³, color steel plate panel thickness 0.40 mm, outer panel is color white gray (RAL9003) with ribs, inner panel is milky white light (RAL9003), double-sided film for wall panels, color steel plate surface galvanized AZ50g/㎡+PE paint 15/5um.

5. Floor parameters: 1.8mm PVC floor + 18mm cement fiber board. The color of the PVC floor is blue-gray/the bathroom is laid with 2.5mm gray dotted PVC floor.

6. Door: D1: 1500x2080mm steel door D2: 880x2080mm steel door.

7. Window: W1: 980x1150mm PVC single glass sliding window. W2: 850*600mm PVC single glass sliding window (embossed glass) S1: 5 inch ventilation fan.

8. Electricity: 220V, 60HZ.

9. Bathroom configuration: shower + toilet + sink.
