Overseas Regional Manager
Major Responsibities
1. Actively explore the international market, conduct business negotiations and post-maintenance customers.
2.Responsible for overseas promotion of regional channel development and product marketing programs, and actively develop overseas distributors customers.
3.Collect, analyze the  needs of customers, competitors and other market information of a specific market.
4.Enhance the industry's influence, build brand industry influence. 

Qualifications: 
1.Major in international trade, marketing enjoys the priority and male is prefered, aged between 25-35;
2.Active thinking, optimistic, have a strong ability to learn , excellent communication and negotiation skills; 
3.Have independent overseas regional market development experience,study abroad or  overseas work experience is preferred; 
4. Be familiar with Alibaba Made in China and operation and marketing experience in foreign trade platform; 

R & D engineers 
Major Responsibities
1. Responsible for the company's products (light steel construction,
container house, light steel thin-walled villa, modular construction) R & D and product 
standards development and preparation; 
2.Responsible for product design and process improvements;

Qualifications: 
1. Civil engineering, architecture and other related professionals, more than 10 years of work experience and 3 years of relevant work experience. 
2.Skilled use of Revit, solidworks, Photoshop, TAKLA 3 design software,
3. Have certain design concepts, familiar with the product development and design process, can grasp the product structural engineering feasibility,develop new products according to the Market.
 4. Be capable of a certain degree of innovation and the development  of the spirit of exploration and research.
