This design sheet is made of a new welded container, containing 3 8x20-foot boxes (6058x2438mm) + 1 8x20-foot box bottom plate, with a height of 2.591m. Indoor net height 2.32m (the minimum indoor floor to indoor ceiling low).

Material parameters;

1. Box frame: All profiles are made of Q355 low-alloy carbon structural steel, and the color of the frame is white-gray. All profiles of the frame are made of hot-dip galvanized 100g/m2. After welding, the overall powder-coated and baking paint

Rationale.

2. Box roof: 70mm PU foam roof, PU density 45kg/m3, color steel plate upper panel thickness 0.45mm, color white gray, lower panel thickness 0.40mm, color milky white, galvanized zinc AZ50g/m2+PE baking

Paint 15/5um.

3. External wall panel: 75mm rock wool sandwich panel, rock wool density 120kg/m3, color steel plate panel thickness 0.40mm, the outer panel is white gray with compression ribs, the inner panel is milky white, and the wall panel is laminated on both sides.

The surface of color steel plate is galvanized AZ50g/m2+PE paint 15/5um.

4. Floor parameters: 18mm cement fiberboard + 1.8mm PVC floor, color wood grain color. Wood plastic floor for outdoor floor.
