Kuwait Container House Single Storey Hospital

Building overview:

The project is a one-story container hospital building in Kuwait, and the size of a single container is 6000x2438x2991mm. Use 50mm rock wool sandwich panel for exterior wall maintenance, and 50mm rock wool sandwich panel for interior wall maintenance protection, 60mmPU foam box top maintenance, 18mm cement fiberboard + PVC floor at the bottom of the box.

Material parameters:

1. Box frame: All sections are made of Q355 low-alloy carbon structural steel, and all sections of the frame are made of hot-dip galvanized 100g/㎡, and the whole is sprayed with powder and paint after welding.

2. Box roof: 60mm PU foam roof, PU density 45kg/m 3, color steel plate upper panel thickness 0.45mm, color white gray (RAL9016), lower panel thickness 0.40mm, color milky white matte

(RAL9003), galvanized AZ50g/m2+PE paint 15/5um.

3. Exterior wall panel: 50mm rock wool sandwich panel outer wall, rock wool density 120kg/m 3, color steel plate panel thickness 0.40mm, outer panel is opal white matte (RAL9003) with ribs, inner panel is opal white

Light (RAL9003), double-sided film for wall panels, color steel plate surface galvanized AZ50g/m2+PE paint 15/5um.

4. Interior wall panel: 50mm EPS sandwich panel wall, rock wool density 120kg/m 3, color steel plate panel thickness 0.40mm, panel is opal white matte (RAL9003), wall panel double-sided film, color steel plate surface plating

Aluminum zinc AZ50g/m2+PE paint 15/5um.

5. Floor parameters: 1.8mm PVC floor + 18mm cement fiber board. The color of PVC floor is wood grain. The PVC floor of the bathroom is replaced with a 2.5mm PVC floor with gray dots.

6. Door: D1: 960x2080mm steel door D2: 1500*2080mm steel door

7. Window: W1: 980x1150mm PVC single glass sliding window (indoor screen window)
