The project is a local gas station project. PTH needs to provide steel frame, roof and wall panels, and the rest of the doors, windows and internal compartments are solved by the customer.
The roof requires colored steel veneer, and the wall requires 50mm EPS sandwich panel. The main frame is welded with Q355B steel plate, with high strength and good stability. Compared with Q235B steel, Q355B steel has low steel volume and high strength. The tensile strength is 1.27 times that of Q235B steel, and the yield strength is 1.46 times that of Q235B steel, which is more economical.
In order to improve the rigidity between the purlins, we add angle iron braces between the purlins and the purlins
