Hungary Outdoor Public Container Toilet

Building profile;

This is an outdoor public toilet box project with many small toilet rooms inside a container.

This design sheet is made using welded containers. The size of a single box is 6058mmx3025mm, and the height is 2.591m. Indoor net height 2.3m (indoor floor to the lowest indoor ceiling). The initial stage is 6 sets, and the price is based on 6 sets.

Load fortification:

Wind load: 0.30 KN/M2 Snow load: 0.00 KN/M2

Roof dead load: 0.25 KN/M2 Roof live load: 0.50 KN/M2

Material parameters;

Frame: The main beam is made of Q345, the material thickness is 3mm, hot-dip galvanized, the thickness of the galvanized layer is 100μm, and the thickness of the spray paint is 100μm. The material of the secondary beam is Q345. The frame is bolted on site.

Roof panel: 70mm PU sandwich panel top, upper panel 0.45mm color steel veneer (color steel plate is galvanized 50g/m2 + top paint 15/5um) + lower panel 0.40mm color steel ceiling (color steel plate is aluminum zinc 50g/ m2+finish paint 15/5um).

Interior and exterior wall panels: 50mm thick EPS sandwich panel, double-sided board 0.40mm, double-sided board 0.40mm. EPS density 12㎏/m³ (color steel plate is galvanized AZ50g/m2+finish 15/5um), double-sided coating without ribs

Ground cushion: 1.5mm aluminum checkered board + 18mm cement fiber board.

Doors and windows: 890x1950mm anti-fold special panel door

Sanitary bath: contains 12 toilets, and toilet water supply and drainage. The water supply and drainage are exposed, and the toilet is a wall toilet.

Electricity: International IEC electric power standard.
