Movable Toilet in Iraq

Project scope

The movable toilet needs to provide steel frame, wall maintenance and roof maintenance, as well as the required connection accessories, bathroom configuration, and electricity (tentative national standard).

Load fortification;

Wind load: 0.30 kN/㎡

Snow load: 0.00 kN/㎡

Roof dead load: 0.15 kN/㎡

Roof live load: .0.0 50 kN/㎡

Roof panel: 50mm PU sandwich panel, upper panel 0.50, lower panel 0.40, PU density 40kg/m³, (color steel plate is AZ50g/㎡+5μm zinc-rich paint+20μm liquid polyester paint), the color is white and gray.

Wall panel: 50mm PU sandwich panel, outer panel 0.50, inner panel 0.40, PU density 40kg/m³, (color steel plate is AZ50g/㎡+5μm zinc-rich paint+20μm liquid polyester paint), the color is white and gray.

Backing board structure: 18mm plywood + 3mm pattern aluminum plate.

Overall frame: The frame is composed of an overall welded chassis frame (main frame thickness 3mm) + L76x3 side columns + an overall welded top frame (main frame thickness 3mm). Outdoor 3mm pattern steel plate self-folding step.

Doors and windows: D1: 850x1900mm PVC plastic door

S1: 300x300mm ventilation fan

Hydropower: Electricity is equipped with 2 waterproof ceiling lights (one inside and outside), two switches, and one junction box. Electricity is tentatively designated as the national standard.

A single set is equipped with a squatting toilet, shower (with faucet), a floor drain and supporting water supply and drainage.

Remarks;

1. The overall frame structure is prefabricated in the factory as much as possible while satisfying the structure, so as to reduce the workload and difficulty of installation at the installation site, and greatly accelerate the progress of the project.

2. There is a ring structure on the top, which is convenient for moving and hoisting after installation.
