Oman Container Shower Room

The project consists of 5 sets of shower rooms, with two 6058 containers splicing up and down with stairs, the upper two are male shower rooms, and the lower two are female shower rooms + reception rooms. The water heater is taken care of by the customer on-site, and needs to reserve a place and provide a socket.

Building overview:

The standard container size is 6058x2438mm, the height is 2591mm, and the indoor clear height is 2330mm. Use 75mmEPS sandwich panel for wall maintenance, 60mmPU foam box top maintenance, and 18mm cement fiberboard + PVC floor at the bottom of the box.

Application environment and load:

Wind load: 80km/h Snow load 1.00kN/m 2 Box bottom live load 2.00kN/m 2

Material parameters:

1. Box frame: All sections are made of Q355 low-alloy carbon structural steel, and all sections of the frame are made of hot-dip galvanized 100g/m2, and the whole is sprayed with powder and baked paint after welding.

2. Box roof: 60mm PU foam roof, PU density 45kg/m 3, color steel plate upper panel thickness 0.45mm, lower panel thickness 0.40mm, galvanized zinc AZ50g/m2+PE paint 15/5um.

3. Exterior wall panel: 75mm EPS sandwich panel outer wall, EPS density 12kg/m 3, color steel plate panel thickness 0.40mm, wall panel double-sided film, color steel plate surface galvanized AZ50g/m2+PE paint 15/5um .

4. Floor parameters: 2.5mm bathroom PVC floor + 18mm cement fiber board. The color of the PVC floor is gray dots. The floor of the reception room is 1.8mm PVC floor (wood grain).
