Project features:

The customer operated a pure water filling manufacturing plant and previously worked with PTH on a steel structure project. Due to the need for business expansion, the customer contacted us to request the construction of a  two story steel structure for a fish processing plant

The building has a length of 12 meters, a width of 5.7 meters, a partial mezzanine, a construction area of 129 square meters, and a structural form of a portal frame structure. The first floor is the workshop for product processing and use; the second floor is the office and product storage. Since it is an island country, the project has extremely high requirements on anti-corrosion, and customers have strict requirements on quality. Therefore, all the frames are all hot-dip galvanized, and the connecting screws are all hot-dip galvanized; the roof is 0.6mm colored steel sheet+ 50mm glass wool as insulation + stainless steel wire mesh + aluminum foil paper.
